Hi, my name is Jonathan Fung.  I am a Regents Scholar at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, pursuing a BBA with majors in Finance, Accounting, and International Business, and minors in Economics and Chinese.  I will graduate in Spring 2012, and plan to earn both the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 designations within two months of graduation.  After graduation, I will be working in the Honolulu office of Deloitte and Touche as an audit staff. 

My reputation as a consummate student, polished leader, and well-liked team player, is highlighted by the following accomplishments:

• Led a team to the 2011 CFA Global Investment Research Challenge in San Francisco to capture second place among competition including Wharton EMBAs and Haas MBAs.
• Elected by my peers to be Treasurer of Beta Alpha Psi and Chief Financial Officer of the Financial Management Association.
• Worked in diverse business-related fields including: accounting information systems, equity analysis with Bloomberg, economic time series and forecasting, and corporate and partnership taxation.  This year, I will continue to gain experience as an audit intern.
• Recognized as the Outstanding Junior in Finance and the Outstanding Financial Analyst at the University of Hawaii, and earned a 4.0 cumulative college GPA.
